| Photo Chemical Machining.... Photo chemical machining is a process by which HMC produces metal components which are difficult or impossible to manufacture through other processes. These parts are flat, simple or complex in design and require no burrs or stress induced flaws. Material can range from .0005" and .090" in thickness. When close tolerances are needed, HMC is the solution. Advantages of Photo Chemical Etching
Multiplicity of design patterns are reproduced photographically time after time. HMC is able to offer a wide range of alloys including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, spring steel, brass, beryllium copper, phosphorus bronze, nickel, nickel silver, inconel, ni- span, monel, tin, invar, and kovar. |
